eOpticians delivers anywhere in the world, so if you're studying or moving abroad, we're still here to deliver your products to you! So far we have shipped to 68 countries and counting, with destinations as far as Fiji!

Shipping method for international deliveries All orders are shipped by registered mail or tracked courier package. This way, your package is insured, and in the event of a loss, eOpticians will arrange for compensation from the carrier. (It should be noted that in other European countries, there is no loss of parcels.) When we dispatch your parcel, we will send you the parcel number and tracking link, which is usually convenient for tracking your parcel. If the delivery courier did not find you at home, you will be notified where and when you can pick up your parcel. 

Delivery time and local delivery partners Below you will find the name of the local shipping partner and estimated delivery times in some key countries. 

Shipping fees

The shipping fee will be shown at the end and depending on the country it will be either calculated based on the weight of the parcel or based on the total value of the order.

Delivery on business days begins on the day following the day of dispatch and does not include public holidays.

 * Import duties and VAT are required starting with April 2020. More details here

** For the islands of Italy, the shipping time can be even longer

*** We ship to the islands of Spain only with Correos. In the Canary Islands, import duties and VAT are required above a certain threshold.

Payment options for shipping abroad Shipping abroad requires the order to be paid online by card or PayPal and no cash on delivery option is offered.
